Ashley (Nord) McGowan currently works part-time for the IdeaMine and is in charge of Team Building and Leadership Training curriculum for Innovation BootCamp. She also works as a brainstorming facilitator. Ashley grew up working at the IdeaMine (she is Ann's daughter) and knows the ins and outs of the business. She graduated from Denison University with a degree in Communications before attending the University of Denver, where she received her Master's in Organizational Leadership.
Ashley enjoys freelancing as a team builder/facilitator for a variety of organizations (including the IdeaMine).
Ashley and her husband Ryan have a baby girl, Ella June. They also have two big, happy dogs, Corbin and Camper. Denver is home.
