Nicole Nord also grew up working at the IdeaMine and, like her sister Ashley, knows the ins and outs of the business. Nicole's responsibilities include assisting with, and helping coordinate, brainstorming facilitation, innovation sessions, focus groups, and in-store interviews. Nicole also helps develop the ethnographic photo-journals to capture consumer insights. She loves getting to know and understand the consumer!
When she's not working for the IdeaMine, Nicole is working on obtaining her joint degree in law and business from the University of San Francisco School of Law and School of Management. She graduated from Denison University in 2008 with a B.A. in Religion and Sociology / Anthropology. Nicole resides in San Francisco, California
